He was predeceased by: his parents, Lt. Frank T. McHugh II and Anniebell B. Phillips; his stepfather Col. John L. Phillips; and his grandparents, William and Clara Beasley (Granger).
He is survived by: his daughters, Jennifer Bailey (Harry), Brandi Thompson (John), Anna Meyer (Chris) and Alaina McHugh; and his grandchildren, Ansley Miller, Aiden Miller, Kayla Thompson, Christian Poole and Zaylee McHugh.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Calendar James & Sikes Funeral Home Maddox Chapel (4278 Lafayette St, Marianna, FL 32446). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Riverside Cemetery (4525 Franklin St, Marianna, FL 32448).
