She is survived by: her daughters, Janet Louise Whelchel Padgett (Chuck) of Marianna, FL and Arnita Marie Whelchel of Marianna, FL; her stepchildren, Sarah Whelchel Smith (Bruce) of Greer and Gene Whelchel (Missy) of Johanna, SC; her brothers, Thomas Moseley (Rea) of Whitehouse, TX and Johnny Wayne Moseley of Houston, TX; her grandchildren, April, Jessica (Anthony), Christina (Matt), Hilary, Cristen (Dustin), Stephanie and Matthew; her great grandchildren, Reagan, Tyson, Sofia, Kash, Julianna, Connor, Angel, Mason, Addy, Titus, Charlie, Lexi, Blake, Harmony, Laura and Sebasian; her cousin Patricia McRee; her niece Teressa Pridmore; and her sister-in-law Sheba Bennett. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Marianna Chapel Funeral Home (3960 W Lafayette St, Marianna, FL 32446). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at the Sink Creek Cemetery (5310 Alliance Rd, Marianna, FL 32448).
