He is survived by: his sons, Dennis Guy (Leslie) of Dunnellon and Greg Guy; his grandchildren, Ashley Good, Adam Guy, Taylor Bailey, Alli Smith, Elleree Guy and Hayden Guy; and his great grandchildren, Chloe Bailey, Hazel Good, Brantly Guy, Corbin Guy, Carson Smith and Emmi Smith.
