He is survived by: his wife Helen Cundiff; his children, Keith Johnson (DiDi), Katy Flowers and Kristi Johnson; his grandchildren, Joshua, Nathan, Lane, Zilphie, Jacob and Josie; and his brothers, Lonnie (Earline) and James Johnson (Jan). He is also survived by numerous loving nieces and nephews.
