She is survived by: her daughter Melanie Marquez of Margate; her brothers, John Ortíz (Julia) of North Haven and William Ortíz of New Haven; her grandchildren, Sirena and Devin Marquez of Margate; her aunt Angelita Ortega; her cousin Lisa Ortega of Harlem, NY; and her nieces and nephews, Vanessa Ortíz, Jael Karles, John Ortiz, Jason Ortiz and Daniel Clough.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 26th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Washington Memorial Funeral Home (4 Washington Ave, North Haven, CT 06473). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, March 26th 2025 at 6:30 PM at the same location.
