He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony J. Kisner and Helen L. Kisner (Lechalk); his former wife Regina "Jeanne" Kisner (Weishorn); and his sister Barbara Ann Feher (Kisner). He is survived by: his children, Denise Brant (Jonathan) of Fallston, MD, Dawn Snyder (Bill) of Irwin, Anthony "Tony" J. Kisner (Claudia) of Boca Raton, FL and Timothy Kisner (Sylvia) of Cedar Park, TX; his grandchildren, Abigail Brant, Jackson Brant, Courtney Bergamasco (Adam), J. W. Snyder, Jessica Snyder, Tayler Kisner, Travis Kisner, Zachary Kisner and Joshua Kisner; and his great grandchildren, Leo, Louie and Arlo.
