He was predeceased by: his father Thomas Lyons; and his daughter Hope Lyons. He is survived by: his mother Audrey Lyons; his former wife Rachel Lyons; his children, Tyler and Carly; and his brothers, Steven, Derrek and Max Lyons.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to The American Cancer Society.
