He was predeceased by: his former wife Patsy. He is survived by: his parents, Bill Kroll and Mary J. Kuberski Kroll; his spouses, Patsy J. Anderson and Marlene Schultz; his sons, William Kroll (Mary) of Marco Island, FL and David Kroll (Lisa) of Danville, IN; and his stepsons, Steve Schultz (Marti) of Normal, Rick Schultz (Becky) of Forsyth, Mike Schultz (Cheryl) of Bloomington, Mark Schultz (Diane) of Carlock and Paul Schultz (Patty) of Pontiac.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made in Joe's name to Epiphany Church Bloomington or OSF Hospice Care Bloomington.
