She was predeceased by: her husband William Maddock; and her son Philip Wuenstel, II. She is survived by: her daughter Joyce Hess; and her grandchildren, Philip Wuenstel III, Season Hurley, Brandon Hess, Zachary Hess and Paige Wentley. She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
