He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Rucka and Blanche Rucka (Patricia Rucka); and his brother-in-law Raymond Papp. He is survived by: his daughter Tracy (Margaret Joan Barnes); his sister Elaine Papp; his niece Bonnie; his nephew Robert (Annette); his stepson Jeff Yeiter; his children, David Barnes (Heidi) and Diane Williams; his grandchildren, Margo (David), Emma, Colin and Rhys; and his great grandchildren, Joan and Rhiannon.
