She is survived by: her son Nunzio Mastropietro; her grandchildren, Michael, Lexus, Nicole, Brayden, Camryn and Ethan; and her siblings, Eugene Krom, Alton Krom and Sandy Krom.
As one of her last wishes she asked that instead of a service being held a donation be made in her honor to the Susan J Komen foundation to support the fight against breast cancer.
