He was predeceased by: his father Santiago Gutierrez Ruiz. He is survived by: his mother Magdalena Perez Aguilera; his daughters, Tania and Gabriela Gutierrez; his wife Maria Gutierrez; and his siblings, Ruben, Salvador and Reynalda.
