He was predeceased by: his parents, James Irven Pelham and Valestine Skinner Pelham; his brothers, Charles Edward Pelham, James Irven Pelham II and Harold Wayne Pelham; his granddaughter Mindi Michelle Dixson; his son-in-law Keith Alan Dixson; and his grandson Danny James Hall.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Jean Pelham; his brother Norman Eugene Pelham (Susan); his children, Lisa Michelle Dixson, James Anthony Pelham (Teresa) and Bradley Hollis Pelham (Debbie); and his grandchildren, Megan Kay (Bobby), Mason Dixson (Frankie), Ashley Welch (Brandon), Andrea Dunaway (Cody), Bryson Hamilton, Kensley Kay, Bentley Kay, Brentlee Dean, Cecily Dixson, Lauren Welch, Wesley Welch and Addisyn Dunaway. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews.
