He was predeceased by: his parent Ola Hair; and his siblings, Eddie B. Hair, Linzy Barron (KB) and Sarah Barron. He is survived by: his wife Norma J. Hicks-Hair; his children, Yolanda Diane Garrett, Nelson Brian Garrett of Vacaville, CA, Sharon Lynette Garrett of Sun City, AZ, Fraisure Earl Smith of Fairfield, CA, Cecilia Yvonne Smith of Carson City, NV, Henry James Hair, Jr. of Sacramento, CA and Jamiette Hair of Ft. Worth, TX; and his sister Febie Simmons (Anthony) of Marianna, FL. He is also survived by great grandchildren, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
