He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold G. and Martha Helen Whitman Pitman; his daughters, Tamela Pitman Fowler and Pamela Pitman Sauseda; and his siblings, Gordan Pitman and Helen Andrianos.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret "Peggy" Pitman; his children, Mike Pitman (Gina) of Hineston, LA, Mark Pitman (Rosie) of Venice, FL and Peggy Sue Pitman of Pensacola, FL; his stepchildren, Janine Owen (Steve) and Allen Gilmore of Sarasota, FL.; his grandchildren, Cassidy Aitken, Kevin Crough, Amanda Pitman and Wyatt Pitman; his great grandchildren, Devon Pitman, Skyler Nichols, Macie Aitken and Harper O'Quinn; his daughter Farrah Pitman; and his sister Martha Ann Wiggins of Pace, FL. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
