He is survived by: his sons, Michael Mills (Stephanie) of Bradenton, FL and Larry Mills of Beaverton, OR; his stepson Joseph Manuel; and his sisters, Mary Little (Hayward) and Bobbie Ackles (James). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
