She was predeceased by: her parents, Janice Maillis and Thomas G. Maillis. She is survived by: her husband Paul H. McCormick, Jr.; her siblings, Kay Nesbitt and George Maillis; her daughters, Julie Lanagan and Kellie Pushkarewicz; and her grandchildren, Hailey, Tyler, Brennan and Layla. She is also survived by three great grandchildren.
