She is survived by: her children, John Mazzotti (Irma) and Suzanne Zuckerman (Jeff); her sister Ginger Frazier (Milton); her sister-in-law Lynn Mazzotti Janulis; and her grandchildren, Brandon Reid, Nicholas Mucerino (Taryn), Sofia Mazzotti, John Michael Mazzotti and Ashly Zuckerman.
