She is survived by: her daughter Tara Costa (Jessica Costa); her grandchildren, Lukas Costa and Maisie Costa; her son Matthew Roberts (Brynn Roberts); her sister Marla Chefalo (Michael Chefalo); her nieces, Carly Chefalo and Allison Chefalo; and her nephew Alex Chefalo.

The family invites donations in Jayne's name to The Flower Guild at First Congregational Church of Winter Park.
