He is survived by: his children, James Forrest (Eden) and Meredith Elizabeth (Jason); his stepdaughter Sarah Mia Crow; his grandchildren, James Warren, James Isaac, Thomas Joshua, Lily Ann-Elizabeth and Kalen; his brother Michael of Greensboro, NC; and his nephews, Douglas and Brandon.
