He is survived by: his wife Patricia M. Butkovich; his stepchildren, Lisa A. Butkovich Rowland of North Dakota, Brian D. Butkovich of Florida, Bruce B. Butkovich of Georgia, Bradley J. Butkovich of Georgia, Peter A. Elenbaas of Georgia and Daniel M. Elenbaas of Georgia; his sisters, Dianne Butkovich Johnson (Ted) and Laurel Butkovich Bessolo (Michael); and his sisters-in-law, Mary Kane Butkovich (Bruce) of Texas, Paula Hoover of Texas and Pauline Strong of Texas. He is also survived by ses five nieces and nephews, seventeen grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
