He was predeceased by: his father Bernard Brooks. He is survived by: his mother June Brooks; his daughter Kaitlin Elizabeth Brooks; his siblings, Lauren Rask (Rich) and Erin Hoyle (Ben); and his nieces and nephews, Charlie and Paige Rask.
