He was predeceased by: his parent Mirl Sullivan (Ogletree); his wife Dianne C. Sullivan; and his father William Cecil Sullivan. He is survived by: his daughters, Beth Sullivan Skipper (Nick) of Madison and Michelle Dickinson Cruce (Kirk) of Madison; his grandchildren, Tyler Land (Olivia), Dylan Cruce and Kendall Land Webb (Drew); his great grandchildren, Tinsley, Harper, Mia and Webb; and his cousin Dub Wyche (Lynn).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to The United Methodist Children's Home, Madison Youth Ranch, 51 Children's Way, Enterprise, Florida 32725 in memory of William L. Sullivan.
