He is survived by: his wife Mary Ragans; his stepdaughter Kim Floyd Sanders (Darren) of Deland Fl; his grandchildren, Heather, Ryan, Lindsey, Danielle, Brian, Hunter, Tripp and Bailey Kay; his stepgrandchildren, Stephanie and Zach; his siblings, Sputter Ragans (Linda), Ronnie Ragans (Marilyn), Patricia Bass (Gordy) and Barbara Johnson; his stepson William Jackie Floyd Jr.; his grandsons, Jeffery Russell Parker Jr., Marshall "Travis" Howard and Jay Bradley "Brad" Sanders; and his siblings, Ray Ragans, Helen Phillips, Yvonne Barrs and Diane Wells.
