He is survived by: his children, Marcialene Price (Geoff) and David Maddox (Rachel); his brother Randolph Maddox; his grandchildren, Ben, Ty and Geoffrey 'Trace'; and his great grandchild Yeshua. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
