He was predeceased by: his parents, W. L. Rabon and Frances Rabon; his siblings, Wanda Fortune and Johnny Rabon; his brother-in-law Ken Fortune; and his father-in-law Philip H. Smith.
He is survived by: his sons, William "Will" L. Rabon, III (Leslie) and Philip H. Rabon (Tammy); his wife Carlene Smith Rabon of Madison, Florida.; his grandchildren, Trent, Colten and Rylan; his sister Sherry Boland; his sisters-in-law, Phylis Blair and Debbie Warmack (Asheville); and his mother-in-law Elizabeth Smith. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
