Barfield (Madison, Florida), born in Chula, Georgia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 1, 2025 at the age of 96. He was predeceased by: his mother Bertha Barfield; his sister Gwendolyn Willis; and his daughter Monica B. Dyke. He is survived by: his wife Barbara S. Barfield; his children, Mike Barfield (Madison), Debbie Garland of Havana, FL and Brad Barfield (Leigh); his son-in-law Duane Dyke; his niece Kristie W. Harper; his nephews, Paul and David Willis; and his grandchildren, Michelle Kolli (Kaylan), Erin Sumpter (Ken), Mary Lynn Ogden (Randy), Zane Barfield (Kristen) and Devan Dyke. He is also survived by the grandchildren, and he had 8 great grandchildren and one great, great grandchild.
