She is survived by: her husband John Bullard, Jr.; her children, John Bullard III (Cathy), Valerie Bass (Grant) and Brooke Hackle (Shannon); her grandchildren, Amber Bass, Riley Bass and Paxton Hackle; and her siblings, Jim Adams (Kathy), Paul Adams (Wanda) and Sandy Bochnia (Edwin).
