He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie James Agner and Fannie Lou Pulliam Agner; and his siblings, Ray Agner, John Penelton Agner, Wesley Cole Agner, Sr., Joe Dean Agner, Sr., Alexander Agner, James Carroll Agner, Sr. and Mildred Davis Agner.
He is survived by: his children, Mary Victoria Yates (Matt), Samuel H. Agner, Jr. (Dinah) and Donald Ray Agner (Rose); his stepsons, Mike Wayne Ritchea (Sherri) and Robert Mark Ritchea, Sr. (Bobra); and his siblings, Rev. Robert Quincy Agner, Walter Parrish Agner, Shellie Maria Duran and Barbara Joyce Williams (Lewis). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, a host of nieces and nephews and wonderful faithful friends.
