He was predeceased by: his parents, Mitchell Gaston and Sarah Gaston; and his brothers, EuGene Gaston, David Gaston and Leslie Gaston.
He is survived by: his wife Sherry Lynn Porter Gaston; his children, Audrey Gaston and Anthony Schlosser; and his brother Allen Gaston (Charlsie) of Greenville, Florida.. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
