He is survived by: his wife Annette Sircy; his children, William Sircy (Carol) and Tonia Briggs (Andy) of Madison; his sisters, Mary Anne Sircy and Betty Jo Sircy; and his grandchildren, Justin Briggs, Jarrett Briggs, Will Sircy, Grayson Sircy and Anna Kate Sircy. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
