He is survived by: his wife Laurie Otis of Cherry Lake, Florida; his children, Katie Vann (Chris) of Statenville, Clark Williamson (Heavenleigh) of Welborn, Jeff Otis (Deb) of Brooksville, Beth Childs (Jay) of New York, Kathy Young (Paul) of Kentucky, Pete Otis (Tanya) of North Carolina and Lolly Otis of Vermont; and his sister Esther Potter of Virginia. He is also survived by 12 grandchild and 14 great grandchildren.
