She was predeceased by: her parents, Otto Bangert and Sophie Fingerhut Bangert; her sister Emma Wherry; and her granddaughter Brittany Tolar. She is survived by: her husband Robert Tolar of Lee, Florida; her son Michael Thomas Tolar (Melanie C.) of Madison, Florida; her granddaughters, Kaitlyn Ortega (Gavino) of Madison and Alison King (Taylor) of Valdosta, Georgia; and her great grandchildren, Benicio Ortega, Julio Ortega and Eliza Jane King.
