She is survived by: her daughter Joyce Elaine Howard (Freddy); and her granddaughters, Carol Day, Cheryl Hicks-Smith and Deborah Buchanan. She is also survived by her 6 great grandchildren; 6 great great grandchildren; as well as a host of nieces and nephews.
