He was predeceased by: his parents, Presley B. Harrell and Nadine Henderson Harrell; his grandchildren, Salina Nichols and Matthew Harrell; and his siblings, Presley Eugene "Buddy" Harrell and Patsy Nadine Scott.
He is survived by: his sons, Ben Harrell (Sheryl) of Jacksonville, Phillip Harrell (Tammy) of Lawtey and Jason Harrell (Lynn) of Jacksonville; his grandchildren, Phyllis Knight of Locust Grove, GA, Christina Harrell of Jacksonville, Joseph Harrell (Danielle) of Middleburg, Brandy Turner (Benny) of Orange Park, April Harrell of Jacksonville, Jason "Bubba" Harrell of Jacksonville and Clayton Harrell (Shelly) of Maxville; and his sister Joyce Ammons (Johnny) of Fort Myers, Florida.. He is also survived by twenty greatgrandchildren.
