He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvis Owen Clark and Edith Reeder Clark. He is survived by: his children, Marlene Cheyenne Clark of Panama City and James Owen Clerk, Jr. of New York; his grandchildren, Samantha J. Hutto of Florida and Justin L. Glover of Oklahoma; his great grandchildren, Noah O. Hutto and Trevor Glover; and his siblings, Jeff Clark, David Clark, Greg Walters, Howard Walters, Wanda Clark and Mollie Clark.
