She was predeceased by: her daughter Juniper Elaine Graves; and her brother Logan Graves. She is survived by: her parents, Seth Eugene Graves Jr. and Tammy Elaine Marshall Graves of Madison; her son Jase Molnar of Madison; her grandparents, Barbara Alvarez (Alfonso) and Wallace Humphrey of Madison; and her sister Tia Slater of Madison. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family to help with expenses related to her unexpected passing.
