He was predeceased by: his parents, George Bartlam and Nellie Bartlam. He is survived by: his children, Fred Bartlam Jr., Bruce Bartlam (Rhonda), Erik Bartlam (Jenny) and Scarlett Vineyard (Xan); his grandchildren, Bruce Bartlam Jr. (Caroline), Jared Bartlam (Christine), Jordan Bartlam (Brooke), Jake Vineyard, Reid Vineyard and Blake Bartlam; and his friends, Lee Dixon and Shaun Shea. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to Lee Baptist Church at 8157 US Highway 90, Lee, FL 32059.
