He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Galbraith, Jr. and Jacqueline Thurman Kirkland; his great-grandparent Leonard Hoyt Thurman; his uncle Leonard Thurman; and his brother David "Booger" Galbraith.
He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Galbraith; his children, Lenny (Teresa Galbraith), Allen (Emily Galbraith), Butch (Channah Galbraith) and Jackie (Josh Akers); and his grandchildren, Tessa, Gracie, Samuel, Olivia, Cross, Trey, Rhett, Wyatt, Kerrington and Libbie.
