He is survived by: his wife Edna Juanita Sever; his siblings, Glenn Sever and Linda Ginter; and his children, Elbert Sever, Jr. (Beth), Keith Sever (Peggy), Marchell Sever Bishop (Ronald), Alicia Sever Cone (Jay) and Lori Sever Vann (Joe). He is also survived by eleven grandchildren.
