He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilton Bush and Mildred Bush; and his mother-in-law Dorothy Ratliff. He is survived by: his wife Rachel Bush; his daughter Shannon; his grandchildren, Ramsey Sullivan (Heibert Romero) and Will Sullivan; his daughter Ashli Sullivan; his granddaughter Alexis Sullivan; and his siblings, Norman Bush (Pat), James Bush (Frankie), Martha Hendley (Sam) and Sandra Gentry (Ernie). He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
