She was predeceased by: her parents, G. W. English and Blannie Leona Blanton English; her husband Clifford King; her daughter Angela King; and her siblings, Myrtle Eubank, Mavis Hamm, Essie Folsom, Autman English and Felton English.
She is survived by: her son Larry King (Beth); her siblings, Austin English (Wilma), Franklin English (Anita), George English, Ander English (Vivian), Wayne English (Bonnie), Adell Snead (James) and Margie Sheffield (Don); her granddaughters, Beth Rosenberg (Jeff) and Kimberly Browning (Matthew); and her great grandchildren, Andrew Rosenberg, Kayla Rosenberg, Trent Rosenberg and Blakely Browning.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Dessie Mae's honor to Lake Park of Madison Resident Council Fund.
