He was predeceased by: his parents, LeRoy Pulliam and Frances Louise Pulliam (Webb); and his stepfather L. L. "Buddy" Sanders. He is survived by: his wife Mary Pulliam (Wainwright); his children, Steve Pulliam (Cheryl) of Madison and Allyson Pike (Bill) of Seward, Ala; his siblings, Roy Pulliam (Nell) of Alachua and Barbara Seago of Madison; and his grandchildren, Brittany Gardner (Jeremy), Brandon McCray (Beka), Tiffany Pulliam, William Pike (Hannah) and Sheridan Pike. He is also survived by 8 great grandchildren; as a well as a host of nieces and nephews.
