It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Betty Jean McLeod of Madison, Florida, born in Griffin, Georgia, who passed away on September 14, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Hugh Jack McLeod; and her parents, Culver E Barfield and Ola R. Barfield. She is survived by: her son Kenneth McLeod (Margie) of Madison; her grandchildren, Jack McLeod (Leslie) of Madison and Becky Launius (Kyle) of St. Petersburg; her great grandchildren, Sean and Summer McLeod of Madison; and her siblings, Ed Barfield of Orlando, Wendell Barfield (Betty) of Clearwater and Ruth "Patsy" Vaughn of Haines City. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
