She is survived by: her stepchildren, Hope Monlyn Anderson (James), Gerald Monlyn and Samantha Monlyn; her brother Charlie Ray Monlyn (Carolyn); and her close friends, Connie Harris, Gwendolyn Johnson, Johnnie Mae Burgess and Cora Wyche. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and sorrowing friends.
