It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bertha Phillips in Madison, Florida, born in Lee, Florida, who passed away on December 28, 2020, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Pasco Lee Rye and Bethana Mae Hale Rye; and her brother Roscoe Rye (Dorothy). She is survived by: her husband Roy Phillips; her children, Jeannie Phillips, Buddy Phillips (Tyger), Cary Phillips and Chad Phillips (Amanda); her sister Suzie Rye; and her grandchildren, Dixie, Daisy and Levi Phillips. She is also survived by loving nieces and nephews.
