He is survived by: his wife Carol Baker; his daughters, Julia Baker Hichens of Tiburon, CA and Maggie Baker; his stepdaughter Lis Smith of Portland, OR; his grandchildren, Toni Koval, Slade Koval, Jamie Hichens and Annabelle Armitage (Michael); and his great grandchildren, Aubrey Armitage and Wyatt Armitage.
