Kozlowski; her children, Lori Bronkowski (Mark) of Belle Vernon, PA, Mark Kozlowski of Venetia, PA and Gregg Kozlowski (Lynn) of Slippery Rock, PA; her siblings, Frank Siegel of New Castle, Frances Molchan of Sharon, PA and Clara Siegel of Seminole, FL; her grandchildren, Kyle Kozlowski (Kim), Ashley Susko (Jason), Matthew Bronakowski, Rachel Flory and Amber Flory; and her great grandchildren, Nicholas Say and Felicity Say.
