He was predeceased by: his father Harold Jay. He is survived by: his husband Vince McDuffie; his mother Sherry Parrish (Frank) of London, KY; his children, Asher Jay of Macclenny, FL and Sydni McDuffie of Macclenny, FL; and his brothers, Corey Jay (Christina) of Montana and Bobby Suppies of Delaware.
