She is survived by: her husband Erik Thrush of Macclenny, FL; her sons, Michael Andrew Mitchtak of Jacksonville, FL and Frank Mitchtak III of Waycross, GA; her stepdaughter Amber Keen (William) of Macclenny, FL; her grandchildren, Gaige Mitchtak, Will Keen, Jr., Renee Mitchtak and Syena Mitchtak; her father Bill Hawkins of Georgia; and her parent-in-law John.
